Why even submitting this if it isnt yours? Sounds weird... If it's a screenshot from ingame or something then it would be different but since that isnt the case...

Though you are sincere in your explanation in the images description. By merely submitting it into your gallery you are effectively stealing it. Just look at the (c) signature that appears below your username and image title. By submitting artwork on dA you are saying that you own the copyright to the image.

this is actually another guy's artwork...not blizzard's and totally not yours....


most of the artworks that blizzard uses are from their very fans... only the concept art from the places and dungeons comes from their own hand.

My point is, this is not your artwork, and it's not blizzard's either. still, i'm sure i've seen this one elsewhere...from the guy who actually drew this piece.

not trying to make anyone angry, so don't take it as an offense :)

that many guys from DeviantART have done and submitted works for them...and they don't necessarily work for them. couple examples:

[link] this guy has also done fanart, and even some of his illustrations got on the continent loading page from WoW WOTLK and WoW Cataclysm (check his 3rd featured image)

so...that's basically my sources :)
